A few cases of ovarian and testicular cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. The rest of the tumors were negative.
Malignant tissues either exhibited weak cytoplasmic immunoreactivity or were negative. Colorectal cancers and with a few cases of breast and pancreatic cancers showed moderate staining.
Several cases of hepatocellular carcinomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Renal cancers along with single case each of carcinoid, colorectal, endometrial, ovarian, pancreas and stomach cancers displayed moderate positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.

Tripartite motif containing 60 (HGNC Symbol)
Entrez gene summary
The protein encoded by this gene contains a RING finger domain, a motif present in a variety of functionally distinct proteins and known to be involved in protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions. Pseudogenes of this gene are located on more than six chromosomes including chromosome 4. Multiple alternatively spliced variants, encoding the same protein, have been identified.
