Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Glandular cells of breast, glial cells of CNS, bile ducts, ovary, islet of Langerhans, trophoblastic cells, stomach, spleen, thyroid gland, skeletal and smooth muscles were weakly stained or negative.

Gastrointestinal tract displayed distinct cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Adrenal gland, renal tubules, cells in seminiferus ducts and skeletal muscle cells were moderate cytoplasmic staining. Fraction of cells in fallopian tube and respiratory epithelia showed moderate membranous staining. Weak to moderate nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in Purkinje cells and fraction of placental trophoblasts. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
