Most normal cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear staining was observed in neuronal cells.

Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Cells in CNS, lymphoid tissues and bile ducts were weakly stained or negative. Cilia in fallopian tube showed distinct positivity.
