Most cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity which in cases was combined with membranous and nucleolar staining. Testicular cancers as well as several colorectal cancers were strongly stained. Most renal cancers, malignant lymphomas and gliomas were negative.
Most pancreatic cancers as well as cases of liver, ovarian, thyroid and cervical cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Remaining malignant cells were in general weakly stained or negative.
Most cancer tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Moderate nuclear staining was observed in testicular cancers. Gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas, liver and endometrial cancers were generally negative.
Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional membranous positivity in several cases. Few cases of testicular cancers showed nuclear positivity. Several cases of hepatocellular carcinomas were strongly stained. Carcinoids, gliomas and lymphomas were generally negative.
