Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity which in rare cases was combined with additional nuclear staining. Strong staining was observed in the intestine, gastric parietal cells, adrenal cortex and ovarian follicle cells. Neurons in CNS were negative.
