Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in heart and skeletal muscle as well as in alveolar macrophages. Renal glomeruli showed distinct membranous staining while airway epithelium and fallopian tube showed staining i cilia. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.

A subsets of cells in seminiferus ducts displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. A subsets of cells in red pulp of spleen showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Glomeruli displayed strong membranous positivity. Hepatocytes, fraction of glandular cells in gastrointestinal tract, subsets of adrenal cortical cells and subsets of bone marrow poietic cells were moderately stained. Remaining normal cells were negative.
