Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Strong staining was seen in superficial layers of squamous epithelia, renal tubules, adrenal cortex and trophoblastic cells. Ovarian and endometrial stroma and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Strong staining was observed in the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory epithelia, adrenal cortex, cardiac myocytes and occasional neuronal cells.
