Most normal tissues displayed moderate nuclear positivity along with occasional cytoplasmic staining. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in bronchus and squamous epithelia while glial cells showed strong nuclear staining. Breast, testis, neuronal cells, soft tissues and muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
