Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Lymphomas and gliomas as well as cervical and skin cancers were generally negative.
Most cancer tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic with additional nuclear staining in many cases. Lymphomas and carcinoids along with several stomach and pancreatic cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in seminomas along with few hepatocellular carcinomas, gliomas and melanomas. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or generally negative.
Most cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic with additional nuclear membrane staining in several cases. A rare case of papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid and carcinoid along with occasional skin cancers were strongly stained. Lymphomas were negative.
