Cancer tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Several cases of gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas, breast, colorectal, pancreatic, testicular, urothelial and squamous cell carcinomas were weakly stained or negative.
A few colorectal cancers along with a rare case each of cholangiocarcinoma and stomach cancer showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Fraction of tumor cells in papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid showed moderate nuclear positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
