Large intestine, urothelium, cells in red pulp of spleen and subsets of non-germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues as well as most macrophages showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Trophoblasts, most cells of male genitalia, breast, neuronal cells in CNS and small intestine displayed moderate cytoplasmic with additional membranous staining in many cases. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.

Large intestine, cells in red pulp of spleen and glandular cells of appendix displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity while nuclear staining was observed in hematopoietic cells. Cells in seminiferus ducts, glandular cells of uterus, heart and skeletal muscle cells exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
