Moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often with a granular pattern, was observed in most malignant cells. Hepatocellular carcinomas, thyroid cancers as well as several cases of malignant melanomas and pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Several prostate cancers, cervical cancers, malignant lymphomas and gliomas were negative.
Thyroid cancers and a few hepatocellular carcinomas, malignant gliomas, skin and ovarian cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.
Moderate nuclear immunoreactivity was displayed in several testicular, pancreatic, breast and few cases of urothelial cancers. Remaining malignant cells were generally weakly stained or negative.
