Strong membranous staining was observed in intercalated ducts of pancreas and gall bladder. Salivary gland, respiratory epithelia, duodenum, seminal vesicle and neuronal cells of cerebral cortex showed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear/membranous staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Moderate to strong membranous positivity was displayed in glandular cells in gallbladder, exocrine pancreas and salivary gland. Weak to strong staining was observed in several extracellular locations including plasma and decidual cells in placenta.
