Staining summary
HPA031032 The majority of normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Hepatocytes, skeletal myocytes and the CNS tissues except Purkinje cells were negative or weakly stained.
HPA031033 Lymph node, tonsil, gastrointestinal tract, thyroid, renal tubules, adrenal cortex, prostate, subsets of cells in squamous epithelia and bone marrow displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Cells in renal tubules and intestinal tract showed additional membranous staining. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
