Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in respiratory epithelia, fallopian tube and skeletal myocytes. A subset of Leydig cells and stomach were strongly stained. Strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in a subset of salivary glandular cells while Purkinje cells exhibited strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Neuronal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
