Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in several cases of glioma, renal and liver cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Strong nuclear staining was displayed in a subset of cases of mucinous ovarian cancer, urothelial cancer and adenocarcinoma in stomach, pancreas and lung. Moderate cytoplasmic staining, often with additional membranous or nuclear membranous positivity, was observed in all cancer types.
