Staining summary
HPA037959 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in several cases. Nasopharynx, large intestine, urothelial cells, heart and skeletal muscle showed strong staining. Pancreatic islets, ovary, epididymis, seminal vesicle and most glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
HPA038448 Normal tissues generally displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with nuclear positivity. Subsets of adrenal cortical and Purkinje cells were strongly positive. Lymphoid tissue, pancreatic islet cells and cervical glands were negative.
