Trophoblastic cells showed strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Ciliated cells displayed distinct staining localized to the basal part of the cilia. Thyroid gland, gall bladder, pneumocytes, adrenal cortical cells and hematopoietic cells displayed moderate nuclear or cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
