A majority of cancer tissues showed moderate nuclear staining. Several squamous cell carcinomas along with a few cases of colorectal, prostate and ovarian cancers show strong positivity. Several renal and gastric cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Few cases of hepatocellular carcinomas, pancreatic and colorectal cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
