Staining summary
Strong nuclear staining was observed in hematopoietic cells. Cells in seminiferous ducts showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity, while smooth muscle cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Most other normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
