Staining summary
Trophoblasts, Leydig cells and intestinal glandular cells showed distinct cytoplasmic positivity. Strong nuclear positivity was observed in the gallbladder while bile ducts and renal tubules showed moderate nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues showed weak cytoplasmic staining or were negative.
