Several cases of skin cancers along with a few cases of colorectal, urothelial and gastric cancers exhibited moderate cytoplasmic staining. Several malignant melanomas showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Moderate nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in a few malignant gliomas. Other tumors were weakly stained or negative.
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most malignant lymphomas, malignant melanomas, urothelial, renal, pancreatic and testicular cancers. Remaining malignancies were generally negative.
