Most malignant carcinoids, breast, colorectal and testicular cancers displayed moderate to strong staining with a granular pattern in the cytoplasm. A majority of the remaining cancers were negative.
A few cases of breast cancers showed strong immunoreactivity. Moderate positivity was observed in several cases of cholangiocarcinomas, testicular, colorectal and cervical cancers as well as malignant gliomas, melanomas and carcinoides. Remaining malignant cells were in general weakly stained or negative.
