Most malignant cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in hepatocellular carcinomas.
Weak to moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was observed in ovarian, skin, urothelial, gastric and pancreatic cancers. Thyroid cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative.
