Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic with additional membranous positivity in many cases. Esophagus, oral mucosa, gastric parietal cells, the large intestine, trophoblasts and subsets of lymphoid cells were strongly stained. Glial cells, endometrial and ovarian stroma were negative.

Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and rare membranous positivity. Strong staining was observed in exocrine pancreas. Hepatocytes, lung macrophages, renal glomeruli, neuronal cells and red pulp of spleen were negative.
