Staining summary
Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in alveolar macrophages and large intestinal glands whereas non-germinal center cells in lymph node showed additional nuclear positivity. Subset of cells in kidney, placental trophoblastic cells and skeletal myocytes showed moderate to strong nuclear and occasional cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
