Staining summary
HPA038587 Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in a few cases. Hepatocytes, prostate, rectum, renal tubules and Leydig cells displayed strong immunoreactivity. Cells in CNS, lymphoid tissues, bile ducts and smooth muscle cells were in general weakly stained or negative.
HPA038588 Squamous epithelia, hepatocytes, renal tubules, adrenal gland and a fraction of neuronal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in the thyroid gland. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
