Staining summary
Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Nuclear staining was observed in exocrine pancreas, salivary gland and stomach. Endothelial cells were distinctly stained. Glandular cells of uterus, fallopian tube and epididymis exhibited membranous positivity. Cerebellum, heart muscle cells and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
