Distinct cytoplasmic positivity was observed in intra-epithelial lymphocytes. Superficial glandular cells of stomach, subsets of hematopoietic cells, subsets of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis and smooth muscle cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Neuronal cells showed moderate nucleolar positivity. Respiratory epithelia and fallopian tube showed weak membranous staining. Remaining normal cells were negative.

Normal tissues generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. The small intestine, gallbladder and renal tubules showed strong membranous immunoreactivity while trophoblasts and subsets of lymphoid cells displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Alveolar cells, squamous epithelia, urothelium, breast, glial cells and myocytes were weakly stained or negative.
