Normal tissues generally showed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in some tissues. Distinct luminal membranous staining was observed in the intestine. Lymphoid cells, bile ducts, ovarian and endometrial stroma were negative.

Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity which in cases was combined with membranous staining. Large intestine, thyroid, adrenal cortex, mycoytes, respiratory, squamous and transitional epithelia were strongly stained. Lymphoid tissues, hepatocytes, lung and Leydig cells were negative.
