Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in some cases. Skeletal muscle cells and the thyroid gland revealed strong cytoplasmic staining while strong nuclear positivity was observed in adrenal cortical cells and in glandular cells of the intestine.
