Staining summary
Strong nuclear immunoreactivity was seen in cells in seminiferus ducts of testis. Purkinje cells displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity was seen in remaining normal. Lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
