Glandular cells in the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, urothelial cells, female and male genitalia and lymphoid organs showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and occasional membranous positivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.

Gastrointestinal gland, exocrine pancreas, placenta, prostate, renal tubules, cells in seminiferus ducts of testis, bone marrow and lymphoid tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic with additional membranous positivity in many cases. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.

Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Stomach and large intestinal glands were strongly stained. Glial cells, renal glomeruli and non-germinal center cells were negative.
