Staining summary
Most of the normal cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear staining was observed in squamous epithelia, salivary gland, urothelial cells and germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues. Spleen and bile ducts were negative or weak.
