Strong cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in subsets of renal distal tubules, in glomeruli capsule and in melanocytes. Moderate staining was observed in pneumocytes, together with a majority of cells in seminiferous ducts, glandular cells in the gastrointestinal tract and muscle cells. Most other tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Liver, lung, prostate, skin, ovary, cells in renal glomeruli, glial cells, muscle tissues and soft tissues were weakly stained or negative.
