Most cancer cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Occasional cases of Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, colorectal, endometrial, urothelial and renal cancers exhibited strong positivity. Several cases of skin, testis and cervical cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Several cases of urothelial cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in a few squamous cell carcinomas of cervix and skin along with few ovarian, stomach and pancreatic cancers. Remaining cancer cells were weakly stained or generally negative.
