Most cancer cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Several cases of colorectal, testicular, breast, ovarian and endometrial cancer were strongly stained. Several cases of lymphomas, skin and renal cancer were negative.
Cancer tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in several cases. Majority of the cases of colorectal, thyroid and endometrial cancers along with few cases of ovarian, urothelial and liver cancers were strongly stained. Gliomas, lymphomas and several cases of melanomas, lung and skin cancers were weakly stained or negative.
