Strong luminal positivity was observed in the gastrointestinal tract. Renal tubules, thyroid gland, glandular cells in the female genital tract, exocrine pancreas and neurons displayed strong nuclear staining. Most remaining normal cells were negative.

A majority of the normal tissues were negative or displayed weak cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Squamous epithelia, a subsets of hematopoietic cells, respiratory epithelium, trophoblasts and breast displayed moderate to strong staining.
