Most cancer tissues showed moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Additional membranous and extra cellular positivity was seen in colorectal cancers. Few cases of gliomas were strongly stained. Several cases of renal cancers and few urothelial cancers were weakly stained.
Several lymphomas along with a few cases of colorectal, cervical, endometrial and urothelial cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining cancer cells were weakly stained or negative.
