A majority of prostate and breast cancers as well as several cases of ovary, stomach, pancreas and liver cancers together with carcinoid and melanomas expressed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Cancer cells generally displayed moderate to strong granular staining in the cytoplasm. Cases of lymphomas, cervical and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.
