Cases of malignant melanoma, colorectal, gastric, pancreatic, liver and urothelial cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignant tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular staining pattern. Colorectal cancers and thyroid cancers along with a few cases of gastric cancers showed strong positivity. Malignant gliomas and most cases of urothelial cancers were negative.
Most of the malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity often with a granular pattern. Several cases of malignant gliomas, renal, cervical, lung and skin cancers were weakly stained or negative.
