A majority of normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Respiratory epithelial cells as well as glandular cells of gallbladder and fallopian tube were strongly stained. Liver, pancreas, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were negative or weakly stained.

Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in renal tubules, Purkinje cells and the parathyroid gland. Glial cells, ovarian and endometrial stromal cells were weakly stained or negative.
