Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear staining. The adrenal and Leydig cells displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Most squamous epithelia exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Cells in glomeruli, parathyroid and spleen were negative.
