Staining summary
Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in nerve fibers in retina. Moderate positivity was observed in processes and cells in hypothalamus. Additional moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in cells in adrenal gland, renal tubules and in subsets of immune cells. Nuclear positivity was observed in testis and placenta. Most remaining normal tissues were negative.
