Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and in several cases additional nuclear staining. Stomach, exocrine pancreas, trophoblastic cells, urothelial cells, Purkinje cells, neuronal cells and salivary gland displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Bile ducts, cells in glomeruli, glial cells, myocytes and smooth muscle were negative.
