Normal tissues generally displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Additional nuclear positivity was observed in alveolar cells and bone marrow. Adrenal gland, lung macrophages and subsets of cells in gastric mucosa were strongly positive. Renal glomeruli, bile duct cells, skeletal and smooth muscles were generally negative.
