Most cancer cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Colorectal cancers and several cases of malignant gliomas, ovarian, endometrial and breast cancer displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. A majority of prostate, renal and liver cancers were weakly stained or negative.
