A majority of colorectal cancers and several ovarian, pancreatic and gastric cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining. Most other cancer cells were weakly stained or negative.
Papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A few cases of melanomas and ovarian cancers showed moderate staining. Most remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative.
