The majority of normal cells showed moderate membranous and in some cases also cytoplasmic positivity. Pancreatic islets, renal tubules, trophoblasts, cells in ductus seminiferous and Purkinje cells were strongly stained. Squamous epithelia, gastrointestinal tract, exocrine pancreas, urothelium and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
