A majority of normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Strong staining was observed in alveolar macrophages,a subset of renal tubuli, gall bladder and leydig cells. Pancreas, prostate, glial cells and myocytes were mostly negative.
